Hamburger Tartare

Ready to Serve

  • 8oz. beef*

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

  • Pepper

  • Dijon mustard

  • Red onion or shallots, chopped

  • Capers, chopped (a big jar is cheaper than the wee ones sold in grocery stores and then there’s more juice to add into the mix)

  • Fresh or dried parsley or cilantro

  • A quality egg yolk.

    Alternatively, one can simply salt the meat and eat it because it’s so good!

Mix all ingredients - adjusting seasoning to taste. Form into round and serve with toast or crackers.
